I love markets, so when Bob suggested we go to the market, I was so on board. It was huge, with a ton of aisles to go down, produce and flowers to see. Bob is a street photographer – which means that he sees a scene and takes a picture of it’s people, of streets – whereas I am a detail photographer, I like choosing details of what I want people to see, kind of like an abstract. Sometimes I’ll broaden out and capture the bigger scene, but more often than naught, I’m an in your face kind of gal. In the most nicest way possible.
So in honor of Bob, I shot a few patrons of the market, because I thought, in my own weird way, that they were charming – I wondered what they did outside of the market, who they were…
