The Lawrence Family
My dad passed away a few years ago and it’s still hard to believe he’s not around. I can hear his voice in my head and I can hear how he’d give me advice even now. My dad had siblings and I never get to see them as much as I’d like to, even growing up I only remember a handful to times that we visited.
When I got the opportunity to see my Aunt Carolyn in Pennsylvania I took it. She reminds me so much of my father and grandmother that it was almost hard to look at her. We went through so many old albums and I snapped pictures along the way. These are some of those pictures.
It was neat to see some of my father’s dad, in his uniform and even a lot of my own father in his, apparently we have quite the military background. I really love the one of Pop (my Grandfather) in front of his bomber with his crew. He was a Captain in the Air Force. So cool!
I was able to edit a lot of these to take out some scratches and other things that weren’t good and I’m excited to show these to you!
Enjoy,
Meg
