Merry Kissmas

This is my final family of 2013 – I know, I know, I’m literally posting this in March, but it’s because it has been so busy – I’ll get around to why in about 6 more posts.

However, I wanted to give you all the story behind this session.  I was called by this vivacious lady named Danielle, she was a referral from my really awesome friend Lisa (whom I adore).

I arrived at a perfectly typical home in a perfectly wonderful neighborhood – I knocked on the door and it was answered by a typical young woman who told me to follow her.

It was at this point I see a kid in underoos run by in a flash of silver, white, and black face paint.  I looked to my left through a couple of doorways to see a giant of a man in full regalia (minus the shoes) with his face painted as well.  And then I rounded the corner to Danielle, in a make up chair – getting painted.  I got a big grin on my face as I realized what exactly was happening.  She asked me if she had mentioned what they were doing, and I said no, but I popped my camera out and started grabbing pictures of the getting ready part.

Without further ado, Merry Kissmas, albeit late, to all of you 🙂
