Happy Holidays Giveaway #2

I have a couple of favorite books, but only a handful that I can really truly say I enjoyed beyond all measure.  I am a reader.  A big reader.  I always have been, and the books I started with were romance.  Which is still my go-to read when I’m looking for downtime.

Now, I have a favorite from my childhood, called The Hero and the Crown, by Robin McKinley, and I looked for that book for the giveaway.  But because it’s so great, it wasn’t in stock.

So today’s giveaway is another of my favorite books, by James Patterson, who actually writes crime mysteries.  This book is anything but.  It is one of those books that makes me sob-cry, and yes, I sob-cry sometimes when I read books.  Just like I laughed when in Stephen Kings book Dolores Claiborne, the bad guy got tossed down the well.

I went to the Alpharetta library recently because they have this cute little bookstore inside that sells used books.  While there, I stumbled on this little owl bookmark.  I bought one for me and one for whoever wins this raffle.  In addition, I’m giving away Suzanne’s Diary for Nicholas by James Patterson.

But before we get to the raffle, a quick note and some pictures from the sale at the Alpharetta library, from Friends of the Alpharetta Library.  These guys host book sales, educational events, and are just great!  Check out their massive book sales on the first Saturday of each month!  Scroll to the bottom for the giveaway!!  This raffle is only for US residents.

Happy Holidays!

Meg
